ISO CERTIFICATION 9001: 2008
ARCA CZECH s.r.o., as the successor company of ARCA Chrast s.r.o., took over the management quality system introduced in 2013 in ARCE Chrast s.r.o. in accordance with the criteria standard EN ISO 9001:2008 in 2013.
In 2015, it again received the Management System Certificate in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 quality management standard for the design, production and sale of work and professional clothing, leisure clothing, underwear and other clothing, including accessories.
To meet the requirements of the standard, the company's management adopted the following principles:
- to produce and deliver high-quality products that meet customer requirements and expectations,
- permanently ensure high expertise, quality and professionalism of the work performed,
- cooperate in product development with the customer,
- create conditions for all employees to fulfill the quality policy,
- improve the level of internal company culture and work environment,
- rationalize and improve the quality system,
- comply with the requirements of applicable legislation in all areas of activity,
- communicate and cooperate with state administration bodies.
In the established management system, the management of the company imposes on each employee:
